We had used Bennetts over 10 years ago and vaguely remembered they were good and had moved us without any hassle so they seemed the obvious choice to move us again. They turned out to be a very wise choice, the team of guys led by Paul were outstandingly cheerful and never once did they complain when the camera at our new home squawked that they were under surveillance every ten seconds. Their packing and unpacking was amazing moving items large and small with equal aplomb. A very satisfied customer here, of course the way we feel at the moment we will never move again, but if we do we would definitely go for the hat trick and use Bennetts
Britannia Bennetts have been absolutely fabulous during both our house moves and for all our storage needs. When we moved from Kent, they organised ground floor storage for all our furniture/heavy garage items and were very helpful at every step of the way. We then used their own team to move us from our rental house into our new house a year latera. They were an excellent team who did the packing and moving and were very careful and considerate. With our ongoing storage needs, they have been really accommodating and helpful too. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
Our move went very smoothly which was really helpful on what could otherwise have been a challenging and stressful couple of days. We had fantastic assistance from Paul, Tam and Ted who were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The idea of pre-loading the bulk of our possessions on Thursday worked very well and gave us more time to give our house a final clean. We'll have no hesitation in recommending Bennett’s of Malvern to other people we know. Glad the packing boxes and paper can be re-used and we will get these back to you asap.
Paul, Ted and Tam helped us move from Malvern to Kidderminster. Despite delays in us exchanging and a problem with their phone lines, the plan to move went ahead without a hitch. Such a smooth experience and the guys were hugely helpful, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend, but make sure you have lots of biscuits and coffee on standby!
Britannia Bennetts did my house move this week. I was very impressed. The staff in the office were very welcoming and helpful. The removal men were punctual, polite, professional and efficient. They made it a very stress-free experience. Thank you very much.
We moved with Britannia Bennetts over the last few days. Outstanding service from start to finish. We felt in very safe hands from the packing service to the delivery. A truly excellent company, from the office administration to the crew who moved my house contents. I can't speak highly enough about them all. Keep the crew topped up with tea/coffee and they just don't stop until the job is done. Thanks to you all.
We were impressed by the politeness and skill with which Bennetts handled our move, particularly Phil and Paul, who were in charge, and the younger other members of the team. Whatever they thought about having to move some heavy and difficult items they did not let this affect their professional attitude. The second moving day lasted until about 7.30pm in the evening, and we heard no complaints. The only slight cavil was biscuit wrappers and drinks bottles left lying about, but I expect this was accidental.
Companys are as good as the people who work for them. So a big shout out to Paul, Phil and Ted. Thank you for a seamless moving experience. My wife and I truly appreciated all the assistance afforded to us. Well done to Bennetts for employing such great guys. Thank you.
