We would definitely highly recommend this removal company if you want a stress less house move. We had to wait a week for our new home so we used removal and storage. All staff were extremely helpful, very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all so much 😊

From the reviews it is clear to see that Bennetts are a very good family run independent business, which is why we chose them to remove and store some equipment whilst we undertook an extensive refurbishment. Life throws it's occasional curve balls and this is when you really see the true colours of a company - their attitude and actions when things go wrong. We had a curve ball and the team at Bennetts - with Judith at the helm - sprung into action to get things sorted out without delay and at a significant cost and hassle to them. All during a busy run up period to Christmas. At all times I was kept informed and felt supported and they removed the hassle of jumping through the hoops of the insurance company. It could have been a very stressful time as we were spinning a number of plates all with timelines to meet. Brilliant team, brilliant company, true to their word. Thank you so much for your help - I can't recommend you enough.

We cannot praise this company enough. We have used them twice now over 30 years and both times the service they provided was exemplary. On this occasion we had to reschedule delivery dates several times and they were always very understanding and able to accommodate our needs. They were meticulous in their handling and friendly and courteous with it. It was a pleasure to deal with such such a well run company.

We had used Bennetts over 10 years ago and vaguely remembered they were good and had moved us without any hassle so they seemed the obvious choice to move us again. They turned out to be a very wise choice, the team of guys led by Paul were outstandingly cheerful and never once did they complain when the camera at our new home squawked that they were under surveillance every ten seconds. Their packing and unpacking was amazing moving items large and small with equal aplomb. A very satisfied customer here, of course the way we feel at the moment we will never move again, but if we do we would definitely go for the hat trick and use Bennetts

Britannia Bennetts have been absolutely fabulous during both our house moves and for all our storage needs. When we moved from Kent, they organised ground floor storage for all our furniture/heavy garage items and were very helpful at every step of the way. We then used their own team to move us from our rental house into our new house a year latera. They were an excellent team who did the packing and moving and were very careful and considerate. With our ongoing storage needs, they have been really accommodating and helpful too. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our move went very smoothly which was really helpful on what could otherwise have been a challenging and stressful couple of days. We had fantastic assistance from Paul, Tam and Ted who were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The idea of pre-loading the bulk of our possessions on Thursday worked very well and gave us more time to give our house a final clean. We'll have no hesitation in recommending Bennett’s of Malvern to other people we know. Glad the packing boxes and paper can be re-used and we will get these back to you asap.
