We can supply archive boxes for you to fill and reference to your system, we will then collect them for storage free of charge, and we offer a free retrieval service within the Malvern area (maximum number per month). You can also just call in and retrieve your records between 08.00am -17.00pm.
Your storage can be secured using a personal lock to which only you have access – another measure of individual security within a facility that already operates an alarm system that is fully linked to the Police Station
When there comes a point that you can dispose of some records as their retention date has expired, we can arrange security category 2 confidential shredding, direct from our storage facility. Each disposal bag has an individual security code and a certificate of destruction is produced, just another extra aspect of our service to give you complete peace of mind over your confidential waste.
